I used it to strip line from 8 reels in one day and it did all 8 with out changing the batteries
I have used three other line removers in the past. The Rapala line remover worked best of them all. 8 reels (off shore) in one day, took the line off fast and cleanly. not too fast not too slow. It was over 15,000 yards of line, and no battery change out.
